Generally, three years from the date of the accident, or from the date you first knew your injury was linked to negligence. Different rules apply for children and for people who lack mental capacity, so if in doubt, ask us.
Compensation covers your pain, suffering and loss of amenity, plus financial losses: lost earnings, medical and rehabilitation costs, travel, care provided by family, and future losses where your injury has lasting effects.
We act under a Conditional Fee Agreement. You pay no legal fees upfront, and if your claim does not succeed you do not pay our fee. If you win, our success fee is deducted from your compensation at a rate agreed with you in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
The great majority of injury claims settle without a hearing. If yours does need to go to court, we will prepare you thoroughly and be at your side throughout.
Call (+44) 01322475026 or email info@teneandassociates.co.uk to arrange an initial consultation. Your claim will be assessed on a no win, no fee basis, so it costs nothing to find out where you stand.
