FAQs

Do I need to go to court?

Usually not. Most disputes settle before trial, and the courts expect parties to consider alternative dispute resolution first. We always explore settlement where it serves your interests. If court proves necessary, we will be ready.

How much does it cost to bring or defend a claim?

It depends on the value and complexity of the dispute. We give you a clear cost estimate at the outset, update it as the matter develops and discuss funding options with you. Our debt recovery fees are published on our Pricing page.

Is there a time limit for bringing a claim?
Yes. Most contract and negligence claims must be brought within six years, but some limits are much shorter. If you think you have a claim, take advice early. Waiting can mean losing your rights altogether.
